SIX ADJUSTMENTS TO SMALL GROUPS THIS FALL
As our parish leadership has been preparing for the fall semester, we have been seriously thinking and praying about how to best answer a perennial challenge: “How can we make it possible for every adult man and woman at Redeemer to be a part of a Small Group?” Small Groups are not Redeemer’s invention, nor are they a recent innovation. And despite the complexity of calendars and schedules, we want to resist the cultural tendency to become busier and lonelier. We want to make time for the Lord and for each other.

TEAM UPDATES
We're excited to share two updates to our team as we prepare to best serve the city of Richmond this fall.
Oldson Duclos will be shifting focus from Small Groups to helping our parishioners engage with Justice & Mercy as our Director of Community Care.
Tee Feyrer will be overseeing our campus ministries at U of R and VCU. He will divide his time between supervising and resourcing staff at both campuses as CCO Campus Director - Metro Richmond.
We celebrate the good work Oldson and Tee have done, and look forward to all God has for them in their new roles.

CONSIDER SERVING IN OUR YOUTH FELLOWSHIP
“Some of the most important and influential people in my life story are men who served as Youth Ministry volunteers in my city back when I was a teenager. They wrote me letters, called me, visited me at school, came to my sports games, gave me rides to and from events before I was old enough to drive, and in so many ways - they showed me the pursuing love of Jesus. They changed my life.”
